За всё то время, что я живу в Праге, я ещё ни разу не подсчитывала сколько в месяц я трачу на питание. А ведь это интересно, более того, полезно.
Поэтому в начале февраля я начала собирать чеки с каждой покупки и хочу посчитать, сколько я потратила в первые две недели, оставшиеся две и какая сумма за месяц вышла в общем.
С каждым месяцем сумма немного меняется, но сейчас я ем максимум три раза в день и почти не перекусываю. Я ем мясо и молочные продукты, не покупаю сладкое или какие-то вредности типа чипсов.
Ещё нужно учесть, что в первой половине февраля я не часто работала и в университет ходила только на экзамены, поэтому сумма в этом месяце будет меньше обычного.
Вот какая сумма у меня вышла:
Только на продукты с первого по четырнадцатое февраля я потратила 1105 крон — примерно 3315 рублей.
Ещё 240 крон — примерно 720 рублей — я потратила на обеды в рабочие дни.
Итого — 1825 крон или 4035 рублей
Что чаще всего я покупала:
куриные грудки, консервированный тунец, крупу, яйца, фрукты и овощи, хлеб, ветчину.
